أخبرنا قتيبة، قال حدثنا الليث، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " البيعان بالخيار حتى يفترقا أو يكون بيع خيار " . وربما قال نافع " أو يقول أحدهما للآخر اختر " .
