حدثنا أحمد بن عمرو بن السرح، أخبرنا ابن وهب، أخبرني مالك، قال هشام العرق الظالم أن يغرس الرجل في أرض غيره فيستحقها بذلك . قال مالك والعرق الظالم كل ما أخذ واحتفر وغرس بغير حق .
