حدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا يحيى بن آدم، وعبيد الله بن موسى، عن حسن بن صالح، عن خالد بن الفرز، حدثني أنس بن مالك، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " انطلقوا باسم الله وبالله وعلى ملة رسول الله ولا تقتلوا شيخا فانيا ولا طفلا ولا صغيرا ولا امرأة ولا تغلوا وضموا غنائمكم وأصلحوا وأحسنوا { إن الله يحب المحسنين } " .

Narrated Anas ibn Malik: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Go in Allah's name, trusting in Allah, and adhering to the religion of Allah's Apostle. Do not kill a decrepit old man, o a young infant, or a child, or a woman; do not be dishonest about booty, but collect your spoils, do right and act well, for Allah loves those who do well.
