حدثنا أحمد بن حنبل، حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة، عن الزهري، عن سالم، عن أبيه، سئل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عما يقتل المحرم من الدواب فقال " خمس لا جناح في قتلهن على من قتلهن في الحل والحرم العقرب والفأرة والحدأة والغراب والكلب العقور " .
